HAND SIGNALS,ARM SIGNALS,AND WHISTLE SIGNALS ARE PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN MILLITARY
Position Of Field Signals | Whistle Signals | Arm signals.
Sometimes in the battle field, there needs a complete silence, then "signals are applied in place of verbal communication". These signals are thrown with the help of hands, rifles and "whistling sound" etc.

HAND SIGNALS
1. Advance: Stretch the right arm fully backward, palm facing the front and then move forward below the shoulder.
2. Halt: The right arm is raised to the full extent above the head.
3. Follow me: Raise the right arm and move the arm back to front to lowering a bit in front.
4. Double march: Bend the right arm from the side towards the shoulder and move it away from and towards the shoulder quickly, many times.

5. About turn: The arm is bent and circles above the head and drop the hand down.
6. Close: Take the right hand (fingers closed) on the head and then drop the hand in the direction of the place where you want to close your men.
7. Right turn: Extend the left arm forward parallel to ground, move body and arm to the right at an angle of 90°, then drop the arm and join the left foot with right.

12. Attack: Indicate the punch in the direction of attack.

14. Accumulate on meeting place: Symbolise the plus-sign (+) by keeping hands on the waist line.
15. Single file formation: Stretch one arm behind the body. 16. File formation: Strech both the arms at the back.
17. Arrow head formation: Stretch both the arms at the back at an angle of 45

18. Diamond formation: Keep the crossed fingers on the head.
19. Spear head formation: Extend the left arm forward and right arm backward.
20. Extended line formation: Stretch both the arms in sideways direction.

1. Enemy in less strength: Raise the rifle over the head and keep the barrel towards the direction of enemy coming.
2. Enemy in huge strength: Raise the rifle above the head and keep the barrel towards the direction of enemy approaching. Move the rifle up and down.
3. Enemy can not be seen: Keep the rifle straight (vertical) over the shoulder.
4. No Ammunition: Keep the barrel of the gun, down towards the earth
5. Advance: Raise both the arms above, making a letter "U".

1. For danger: Give long and short whistles, alternatively with pauses
2. For alertness: Give a short whistle.
3. Enemy aircraft: Give very short whistles, after pauses.
4. Aircraft gone: Give two long whistles after the interval of 5 seconds
